Company
Afir is a development company involved in many kinds of projects and products. What connects them is that we see things through.
Who we are
Afir Oy Ab is a development company. Our work covers industrial and infrastructure projects and digital products, and we always do it together with others.
We are not specialised in one industry. Our specialty is the way we work: we understand the whole, bring the right people together and make sure things move forward.

Founder
Things move forward when they are seen as a whole.
I believe good things happen when you understand the whole picture and bring the right people around it. That is why Afir's speciality is not an industry but a way of working: I listen first, align the parties' goals and see the work through to the finish.
I use AI and digital tools in everything we do, but people make the difference. I keep my promises, say openly where things stand, and build relationships that last beyond a single project.

Principles
How we want to work
One point of contact
You always have a clear person in charge who knows the whole picture.
Open communication
We tell you what is happening and when, also when things do not go as planned.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of projects and partners. That is why not every project is shown publicly.
Long-term thinking
We build relationships and projects that last beyond a single phase.
AI-native way of working
We use AI daily in our own work: in studies, development and communication. That is why we know what works in practice.
Do you have a project or an idea?
Tell us briefly what it is about. We reply within one working day.
